Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy – Ceci Nails Thank you for choosing Ceci Nails. To ensure the best experience for all clients, please read our booking policy before making an appointment. Appointments can be booked online, by message, or by phone. We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred date and time. Deposits - A deposit may be required to secure your booking. Deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total cost of your appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in loss of deposit. No-shows may require full payment before future bookings can be accepted. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 10–15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid delays for other clients. Nail Repairs We want you to love your nails. If you experience any issues within 3 days of your appointment, please contact us and we will do our best to help. Guests & Children To maintain a relaxing environment, we kindly ask that only clients receiving services attend appointments unless agreed in advance. Health & Safety Please inform us of any allergies, infections, or nail conditions before your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service where necessary for health and safety reasons.
